In order for your customers to receive the correct information about their delivery, we have produced texts you can use in your e-commerce checkout.

Clear delivery options for e-commerce purchases make it easy for your customers to choose a delivery option that suits the recipient best. Use our recommended texts for your e-commerce checkout, which clearly present delivery options in connection with e-commerce purchases. 

Clear delivery options also set the right expectation for delivery, creating a better buying and delivery experience. Remember to update your own shipping terms if needed.

Of course, you can adapt the texts so that the tonality suits other communications for your e-commerce.

For parcels over 20 kg, PostNord uses equipment to assist the delivery. In some buildings without an elevator with curved and narrow stairs we cannot use the equipment and you may need to meet up with the driver in order to receive the parcel at your main door/cargo dock. If you are unable meet up the driver, you have the possibility to pick up the parcel yourself at PostNord service point for heavy parcels.
