Competitive Prices for Low-Volume Shippers
We are making it easier and more cost-effective for those who send a limited number of parcels. We are reducing the gross price for domestic shipments when you drop off your parcels yourself. For larger volumes, we can pick up your parcels for a fee of 60 SEK per occasion. If you send more than 6–8 parcels per day, you can sign a contract that includes pickup.
Applies to the services MyPack Home, MyPack Home Small, Parcel, Service Point, Parcel Locker, International Parcel and Expresspaket.
Name Change: MyPack Home
PostNord MyPack Home is changing its name to PostNord Home. If you have a custom-built checkout or transport administration system, you may need to make adjustments.
New Additional Service for Varubrev – Mailbox Only
Starting June 20, you can select the "Mailbox Only" add-on service for Varubrev at no extra cost. This means the shipment will only be delivered to the recipient's mailbox. It will be redirected to a service point if it does not fit. This service is a response to senders' requests who want to ensure that shipments are not left visibly outside the recipient's address. To use it, it must be available in your TA system.
Mandatory SMS Number in EDI within the Nordics
It is now mandatory to include a phone number for SMS in EDI for shipments to private recipients within the Nordics. If the SMS phone number is missing, a fee will be charged for Incorrect EDI. A correct SMS number ensures timely delivery and reduces the risk of failed deliveries and poor delivery experience.
Applies to the services Pallet and Groupage.
Mandatory SMS Number in EDI for Shipments Outside the Nordics
It is now mandatory to include a phone number for SMS in EDI for all shipments to private recipients and businesses in Europe, outside the Nordics. If the SMS number is missing, a fee of 360 SEK will be charged for Incorrect EDI. A correct SMS number ensures timely delivery and reduces the risk of failed deliveries and poor delivery experiences

Letter services
Merger of Business Reply Mail and Customer Return Letter
International Business Reply Mail and Customer Return Letter International are being merged and renamed PostNord Untracked Return Letter. As a customer, you do not need to take any action, but you will notice a change on your invoices where the new name will appear.
New Surcharge for Exceeding Size Limits on PostNord Untracked Letter
We are introducing a size surcharge of 10 SEK when a shipment exceeds the maximum dimensions stated in the product terms. This charge covers the additional costs associated with manual handling.
Upcoming Surcharge for Incorrectly Filled EDI for PostNord Untracked Letter
Starting in January 2026, we intend to introduce a fee for incorrectly filled EDI. Ahead of this, you will see an indication of this on your invoice, but the fee will initially be set at 0 SEK.
