Parcel and Logistics Services
Name Change: MyPack Collect and MyPack Box
MyPack Collect and MyPack Box will be renamed to PostNord Service Point and PostNord Parcel Locker. If you have a self-developed checkout, you may need to make adjustments to ensure that the updated names are visible for your customers.
New Pricing Model for MyPack Home and Return Pickup
A new simplified pricing model is introduced for MyPack Home and Return Pickup within Sweden. Sweden will be divided into six pricing zones. The price for MyPack Home will be based on delivery location (the recipient’s postal code). The price for Return Pickup will instead be based on where a package is sent from (the sender’s postal code).
New Return Solution from Denmark to Sweden for Pallet and Groupage
We are expanding additional service Return Pickup by launching a return solution from Denmark to Sweden for Pallet and Groupage shipments. The Return Pickup service from Denmark to Sweden is now available as an option in Skicka Direkt Business for customers in Sweden.
Change of Maximum Weight for Parcel Locker Deliveries
The maximum weight for deliveries to parcel lockers is reduced from 20 kg to 10 kg for Sweden, Norway and Denmark. In Finland, the maximum weight will remain at 20 kg.
Additional service Limited Quantity of Dangerous Goods is launched for Service Point and Parcel Locker
The highly requested additional service Limited Quantity Dangerous Goods is now available for Service Point and Parcel Locker deliveries. The additional service can be used for shipments within Sweden and from Sweden to Denmark, Finland and Norway.
New Dimensions for surcharge Special Handling
The maximum width measurement is lowered from 70 cm to 60 cm in the conditions for surcharge Special Handling. The maximum length measurement remains unchanged at 120 cm. The surcharge is applicable for shipments which cannot be machine sorted and require manual handling.
Letter Services
New Discount for Early UDM Exclusive Bookings
We are introducing a new discount when booking UDM Exclusive distribution at least 6 weeks before the distribution start date. The discount will be 0,2 SEK per item and will be automatically applied in our booking system.
New Pricing Model for Periodicals
We are changing the pricing model for Periodicals A and B and removing the zone pricing. The new designations will be "sorted shipment" and "unsorted shipment."

Phasing Out of Cash on Delivery for Letters
We are discontinuing the Cash on Delivery add-on service due to decreased demand, as more modern payment solutions are now available. The affected services are 1st Class Mail Domestic and Registered Mail Domestic. Cash on Delivery for the parcel services MyPack Collect (soon to be PostNord Service Point) and domestic Parcel Post is also being phased out.
