get a unique address for your business and can collect your mail when it suits you. Delivery starts as early as 8:30 AM every weekday. Our postboxes are equipped with lockable compartments and are available in many parts of the country – both at our own locations and at our Service Points. When you order, you will receive a pair of keys, which can be collected at a Business Service Centre.
If you want your mail delivered from your Post Office Box, you can order our Mail Delivery service to have it delivered every weekday between 8:30 AM and 1:00 PM. You can also choose to have your mail delivered at a specific time each day, or have your Registered Mail delivered.
Post Office Box is a subscription service billed in advance every six months at the end of the applicable billing period. To order a Post Office Box, you need to become a service agreement customer.
How do I order?
Order via PostNord Business Portal
A Post Office Box can be ordered through PostNord Portal Business, which you will gain access to after becoming a service agreement customer with us. There, you can order and manage your other Mail Services, as well as modify or cancel your subscriptions.

Mail Forwarding
For business customers with a Post Office Box or their own postal number who need to have their addressed mail forwarded to another address, we offer our service Mail Forwarding. Shipments are forwarded every weekday to the agreed address within the Nordic region, making it an excellent option for customers who want their mail scanned.
Mail Forwarding does not apply to Registered Mail, packages, Value Mail, or advertising.
