This is how our return solution works
- We set up a return page for your website, which is adapted to your needs and wishes. No development required.
- You link to the return page in your channels – for example website, social media or newsletter.
- Your customers fill in the form on the returns page and receive a QR code for returns.
- The customer shows the QR code to one of our service points, who prints out the return label and receives the parcel.
- The return can go via PostNord regardless of which supplier was used when the item was delivered to the customer.
