If the parcel exceeds the maximum length and/or circumference, a fee is charged only for exceeding the maximum dimensions. The respective fees are defined in our price list applicable from time to time.
PostNord Return Pickup normally reaches returns recipients the next working day. Delivery time is longer to some areas. View specific delivery times. The delivery can be made to the recipient’s door. If for some reason the parcel cannot be delivered, it will be made available for the returns recipient to collect at our service point. See full terms and conditions.
Return Pickup can also be used for parcels between Sweden and Denmark, this across the borders service is however not available for pallets yet.

Additional services
Print Label Pickup
PostNord prints out the shipping document when the booking is made. The driver takes the shipping document with him and the return sender puts this shipping document on the parcel for the pick-up. This service is only available in Sweden and for parcels only.
Sms and email notification – in Sweden
You can notify your return sender, or a third party, that a pallet is on its way or has been delivered. We offer the following notification options via sms and/or email:
- Advance notification on estimated delivery date
- Upcoming delivery notification when delivery today.
- Delivery notification when the parcel has been delivered.
Limited quantity of hazardous goods
Goods/substances classed as hazardous goods may not be sent via PostNord. However, a so-called limited quantity of hazardous goods can be sent using PostNord Return Pickup. The customer is responsible for the requirements for Limited quantities of hazardous goods in the regulatory framework for ADR-S being met regarding classification of its substances, packaging and labeling. New delivery
The New delivery additional service means that, after a delivery, the returns recipient can request another delivery attempt to the returns recipient’s delivery address. Orders can be submitted to customer service at 0771–33 33 10.
Goods Insurance
It is possible to take out goods insurance with an external insurance company via PostNord, assuming the shipment’s contents do not conflict with the regulations in PAKN, these Special Terms or Terms and Conditions for Goods Insurance. Terms and conditions of insurance apply to Goods Insurance.
Heavy
Securing a safe workenvironment add-on Heavy is used when parcel weighs over 20 kg. Delivery takes place at the recipient´s curb side /ground floor.
