This is how our return solution works

We set up a return page for your website, which is adapted to your needs and wishes. No development required.
You link to the return page in your channels – for example website, social media or newsletter.
Your customers fill in the form on the returns page and receive a QR code for returns.
The customer shows the QR code to one of our service points, who prints out the return label and receives the parcel.
The return can go via PostNord regardless of which supplier was used when the item was delivered to the customer.
